Now, the underlying concept finds expression in a new line of Perfusion Chambers for imaging and electrophysiology. |
FourHourDay chambers are designed to work with any inverted microscope and offer the following features.
- A hinged lid that includes all the paraphenalia of solution line, solution height adjustment, ground wires, and platinum stimulation wires.
- A molded silicone insert forming the flow area of the chamber. This insert is available in a variety of designs and is easily replaced, exchanged, and cleaned.
- Rapid exchange of cover slips. For those researchers using cells cultured or plated on 25 mm cover slips. The chamber offers effortless insertion of fresh slips with only a twist of the lid lock required.
- Very low solution levels. Hence rapid solution change and low noise levels.
Pricing:
The base price for a FourHourDay chamber is $1,000.
20% of that cost is then donated to various world hunger relief organizations.
Additional silicone inserts cost $50.
Platinum stimulation wires add another $150.
We are also able to provide custom fabrication of chambers tailored to unique demands.
